Order Shipping & Cancellation

Shipping: We will process your order as soon as you complete the payment and keep you informed on the delivery schedules! Generally it takes about 3 to 5 days for shipping after the order is placed. Cancellation: Order cancellation for our products will be accepted only if the request is made with 24 hours of order placement or before the order is Shipped, whichever is earlier. Refund will be made online within 7 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

In the rare event where you are not satisfied with our products, you can write to us at "info@kashmireyat.com" for a refund with 48 hours of receiving the order. After evaluation, we will refund the amount online to your bank account within 7 business days. *Note: The food items cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.
